**The opportunity**
The Team Leader Microbiology, in conjunction with the Manager Laboratory Services, is responsible for the operation of the microbiology laboratory, including all procedures relevant to microbiological testing of water and wastewater to satisfy NATA requirements. In addition, the Team Leader Microbiology is also responsible for the coordination of the Laboratory's Quality Management System.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Applied Science or related field.
- Minimum (5) years' experience in a NATA accredited water and wastewater laboratory.
- Proven experience in leading teams and the ability to deliver on quality and timely results for customers.
- Demonstrated experience in Laboratory Quality Management and continuous improvement processes.
- Demonstrated highly developed organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Knowledge and safety awareness regarding Occupation, Health and Safety requirements.
