Job Location
We are expanding across all Directorates, including Thomas Embling Hospital, Prison Operations, and the Community Directorate, which encompass disciplines such as Nursing, Lived Experience, Occupational Therapy, Psychiatry, Psychology, and Social Work.
The Business Support Team Leader Role
The Business Support Team Leader oversees the Executive Support and Business Support teams, ensuring cohesive and effective support services in a dynamic environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead and motivate a high-performing team
2. Become a subject matter expert in business processes and provide hands-on support during peak times
3. Meet and exceed KPIs
4. Manage resources and oversee recruitment for vacant positions
5. Serve as a point of escalation for complex requests
6. Provide leadership, mentorship, and opportunities for team development
7. Identify opportunities to improve or streamline support processes
