Pearl Recruitment is seeking a motivated Office Administrator to join our client is a well regarded engineering consultancy based in Leederville, specialising in geology and geotechnical projects across earthworks, conservation, road/rail, and construction to support the team and keep the office running smoothly.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm) where you'll take on a variety of administrative responsibilities, including:
* Managing reception: answering calls and emails, welcoming visitors, and keeping the office presentable.
* Coordinating contractors, suppliers, couriers, and office maintenance.
* Ordering stationery, consumables, and PPE.
* Scheduling meetings and preparing minutes.
* Document control and assisting with tenders, reports, and other business documents.
* Maintaining company registers and databases.
* Supporting internal events, staff travel, and office functions.
About You:We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working in a busy environment. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous administration or office support experience.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* A friendly, professional manner and willingness to learn.
