About the Role
To strengthen Tradezones Customer Service standard and Collaboration culture, we’re now looking for people-first professionals to join us as Platinum Account Coordinators. These roles will be based at our Head Office in Helensvale (QLD) – close to the M1, local shopping centre and only 15 minutes from the nearest beach. We also have an onsite café!
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will have a strong Account Management background, with an exceptional understanding of the Purchasing and Customer Service life cycle of our industry. You will work with existing business partners, focusing on strategic growth through building meaningful relationships, developing product and technical solutions which add value and sustainable efficiencies.
