About the Role
Due to exciting internal growth, we are now seeking a confident multi-tasker to join our national Marketing team as a Promotions Coordinator. This role will be based at our Head Office in Helensvale (QLD).
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Design, this role will plan and manage Tradezones promotional campaigns to support our continued growth.
You will play a crucial role in developing and executing promotional strategies across our products/services and enhance our brand presence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated promotional campaigns, analyse market trends, and leverage data-driven insights to optimise our promotional initiatives.

Key Focus Areas
* Coordinate with purchasing teams, suppliers, and distribution centres to plan and manage promotional campaigns
* Source and organise promotional giveaways and prizes
* Set up, test, and monitor promotional rules and campaign logistics
* Manage loyalty program tasks and supplier invoicing
* Track marketing stock issues, variances, and maintain accrual spreadsheets
* Produce campaign performance reports for suppliers, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
