Preferred Requirements
Proven experience in production engineering and a strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles
Operational acumen with a clear grasp of "what good looks like" in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated leadership skills, effective communication, and sound decision-making abilities
Hands-on experience in managing manufacturing operations, including production planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement
Ability to lead the application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, focusing on reducing variability, waste, and cycle time
Preferred Qualifications
Formal exposure to or certification in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies
Experience with digitization and advanced automation technology
Proven background in formal project planning and delivery
