Regional Health & Mobility is seeking a motivated Warehouse Assistant / Delivery Driver to join our Independent Living Division in Rockhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing organisation dedicated to supporting the health and wellbeing of our community.

Whether someone requires short-term assistance or long-term support, our friendly team is committed to providing exceptional service. Our staff work closely together to deliver high‑quality health solutions throughout Central Queensland.
The Role & Responsibilities:
* Deliver and assist with the setup of medical and health equipment for customers
* Process, pick, and pack store orders
* Collect, clean, and prepare hire equipment, including items used by palliative care clients
* Support the Warehouse Supervisor with warehouse organisation, stock management, and maintaining a clean workspace
* Work collaboratively with the Independent Living Store Manager and assist with general store or warehouse tasks
* Maintain a professional image both in-store and while representing the company in the community
* Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
* Demonstrate reliability, motivation, and a positive attitude
* Work independently as well as part of a supportive small team
* Uphold high standards of personal presentation and hygiene
* Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A current and valid Australian Driver's Licence
* Blue and Yellow Cards (or willingness to obtain)
* A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong computer skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to lift and manage large or heavy items safely
