Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients;
* Undertake various administrative tasks related to financial management, including preparation of reports and budget statements;
* Contribute to the effective functioning of our Housing programs by providing high-quality support and services;
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives;
* Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated expertise in communication, interpersonal, and time management skills;
* Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
* Previous experience in administration or a related field would be highly regarded;
* Current police clearance or willingness to obtain;
* Current NDIS clearance or willingness to obtain.
