About the Role We seek an inspiring and results-driven Healthcare professional to join the Management Team and lead day-to-day clinical operations across all Hear and Say centres. Reporting to the General Manager – Clinical Services, you will oversee the delivery of Audiology (including Cochlear Implants and hearing aids), Speech Pathology, Listening and Spoken Language (LSL), and Hearing Screening services. Working closely with the Professional Leads and Human Resources you will create and implement a robust workforce plan for each clinical discipline that support succession planning in the team and attraction and retention strategies to help support the strategic plan. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will: Lead and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites. Drive operational excellence and embed evidence-based, outcomes-focused clinical practices. Inspire cultural change—shaping a collaborative, client-focused and performance-driven environment. Contribute to strategic planning, service expansion, and innovation. Ensure strong workforce planning, succession planning, and staff engagement. Build and strengthen relationships with families, health professionals, and community stakeholders. About You You are a proven healthcare leader who thrives on driving service excellence and cultural transformation. With a collaborative and engaging leadership style, you balance empathy with accountability to achieve outstanding results. You bring: Relevant qualifications in health or related discipline (mandatory). 5 years’ clinical service delivery with 2 years in an operational/leadership role. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations. Strong knowledge of clinical governance, compliance, and service performance frameworks. Demonstrated ability in workforce planning, performance management, and driving staff development. Strategic insight with the ability to identify new opportunities for service growth and innovation.
