We are seeking an enthusiastic customer service focused 2IC to join the Domayne Fortitude Valley Warehouse team.
Our 2IC's people have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, coaching staff and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.
To be successful you must:
4. Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
5. Enjoy working in a team environment, be proactive, have a can-do attitude
What we require:
6. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
7. To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
8. Experience in warehouse management
9. Have the ability to warehouse operations, assist coaching, lead and motivated an enthusiastic team
10. Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
11. Experience checking delivery sheets
12. Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks
13. A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
14. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a \"can do\" attitude
15. Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
16. Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
17. Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers License (preferred)
