The Project Manager will take full ownership of end-to-end delivery, overseeing programming, budgets, procurement, and team performance while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects valued between $10M- $20M
* Oversee project programs, budgets, procurement, and reporting
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams
* Ensure compliance with company systems, quality, and safety standards
* Mentor and support site and office-based project staff
Requirements for the Role
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager within commercial fit-out
* Proven track record delivering complex fit-out or refurbishment projects
* Strong commercial and contractual understanding
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Construction-related qualification preferred but not essential
