Accommodation and Hospitality Manager – Sponsorship Available (482/494)
Location: Wavecrest Village & Tourist ParkEmployer Sponsored Visa Available (Subclass 482 / 494)
Position Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in hotel / resort / caravan park / hospitality administration
* High level of English proficiency (spoken and written), meeting Australian visa requirements
* Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
* Flexible with work location and comfortable working across different departments and operational functions as required
* Australian experience preferred but not essential
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate daily operations including:
* Reservations and booking systems
* Front office and guest services
* Housekeeping coordination
* Food and beverage operations support
* Events and functions (where applicable)Support overall accommodation and hospitality operations to ensure service quality and efficiency
* Provide hands-on operational support during busy periods when required
