The Role We are seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join our Operational Services Team in a full-time capacity at our West Perth office.
In this newly created role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of white- and blue-collar positions across projects and trade disciplines.
This includes sourcing quality candidates, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, and supporting workforce planning to ensure critical roles are filled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities Responsible for the recruitment of various white- and blue-collar job roles Advertise and source candidates on a range of platforms Assist in recruitment campaigns targeted at business objectives Shortlist candidates using correct methods including references, phone screening, face-to-face interviews or background checks Collect and ensure candidates possess appropriate tickets, certificates and licences Use Warrikal and Client systems (JobAdder OPMS) for recruitment and onboarding Engage with leadership to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders Leverage internal recruitment metrics to help shape and influence recruitment outcomes Manage and maintain talent pools for future recruitment needs Provide regular reports and data to shape future recruitment and business decisions About You Eligible to work in Australia Minimum two (2) years' experience in a similar position or Recruitment Admin Recruitment experience within the mining and resources sector preferred Have a professional approach to recruiting the right people for the right roles Proven experience in broad sourcing strategies with the ability to influence outcomes Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage priorities Enjoy a dynamic work environment with ability to adapt and change as required Able to maintain a high standard of work including administration, customer service, and compliance Why Warrikal Develop systems and processes within an experienced and growing recruitment team Work in a team that values your growth and contribution Learn from experienced professionals dedicated to your success Access to career pathways and leadership roles within Warrikal Recognition, rewards and ongoing opportunities Flexible work arrangements (conditions apply) Access to mental health support (EAP) How To Apply To apply for the role, click on the 'Apply' button.
