What this opportunity involves
As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you'll manage the provision of Facilities services in a max of owned properties and leased premises within the designated Government portfolio. You'll manage the day-to-day client activities for the assigned portfolio through developing sound working relationships with key client stakeholders.
An Overview of the role
* Proactively engage stakeholders and develop effective relationships across multiple levels of the organisation
* Manage the facilities portfolio assigned by the National FM
* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations
* Recommend continuous quality improvement practices and ensure best practice is utilised
* Maintain critical environments
* Reporting and escalation of WHS incidents in accordance with reporting policies and escalation matrix
* Utilise and maintain the Property database
* Implement JLL Operational Risk Management program
* Maintain an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation and performance excellence
Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for
* Qualifications in facilities management, building, business or similar
* 1-2 years of experience in facilities, property management or related
* Ability to liaise effectively with all stakeholders to successfully deliver projects
* Experienced working in critical environments
* Basic Knowledge of HS&E requirements
* Basic Vendor management experience
* Strong team player
* Australian Citizenship will be required for this position due to client demands
