Responsibilities of these roles consists of but are not limited to the below:
* Comply with all OHS company and site processes and procedures.
* Maintain and service Epiroc machines, ensuring the customer's fleet consistently meets or exceeds production requirements
* Fault finding and problem solving
* Provide high-level technical support and advice
* Assist in the implementation of strategic maintenance plans
* Maintain positive customer relationships while demonstrating Epiroc's core values as a customer-facing OEM representative.
Requirements
* Epiroc Product knowledge and experience advantageous
* Heavy Mobile Equipment trade qualification or similar
* Strong problem-solving ability and trouble shooting skills
* Commitment to providing quality customer service
* Ability to handle and work under pressure
* Good report writing ability
* Computer literacy
