* Relevant years of experience at least three years of experience in Italian Cuisine. as a head chef or sous chef.
* Show initiative and drive to constantly improve the business, yourself, and the team
* Be well presented and Groomed
* Be reliable with high level of commitment, and be able to work on all weekends and any other days when you have to step in
* Training can be given to the right candidate.
