Job Description

The role of Administrative Officer provides administration and clerical support to the manager and team, within a range of settings as part of the administration team to facilitate smooth operation of the service/unit/ward/facility.

This position is ideal for an individual who is highly organized, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the management team.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
* Manage and coordinate projects and tasks.
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Requirements:

* A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Highly organized with attention to detail.
