Account Manager Role Overview
We are seeking a relationship-led professional to manage and grow a defined portfolio of clients across Tasmania and Victoria.
1. Client Relationship Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, build strong relationships, ensure high client satisfaction, and consistent follow-up across all touchpoints.
2. Service Alignment and Support: Ensure clients understand the scope, timelines, and outcomes of services being delivered. Attend regular service reviews, assist with reporting, tracking, and communication.
3. Retention and Growth: Monitor contract renewal cycles, ensure timely conversations are held, support cross-sell and upsell discussions, track account activity, reporting, and client feedback.
Key Requirements for Success
* Based in Tasmania, ideally Hobart or Launceston, with willingness to travel regularly to Melbourne.
* Experience in account management, customer success, or client services, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment.
* Strong communication skills, ability to build trust quickly, comfortable working independently, and managing competing priorities.
