Job Description:
The role of Sunrise EMR Clinical Educator is crucial in driving the successful adoption and optimization of the Sunrise EMR system across all clinical areas. As a key liaison, you will champion a unified approach to clinical documentation and system use, ensuring every staff member receives expert, high-quality training.
You will play a vital leadership role in promoting clear communication and sharing critical updates about Sunrise EMR. Your responsibilities will include developing and refining training materials aligned with the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF), providing valuable insights and advice on updating SA Health policies, and shaping the future of digital healthcare delivery within the organization.
This role requires significant experience and credibility in a nominated area or discipline, as well as proven experience in the implementation of complex health care projects, especially in relation to information systems. You will be working closely with both clinical and non-clinical managers to enhance the quality of documentation and embrace best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for staff members
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff members

Required Skills and Qualifications:
For this role, we are seeking a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife with at least 3 years post-registration experience. You must hold a current practicing certificate and be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Additionally, you will need to possess:
* Significant experience and credibility in a nominated area or discipline
* Proven experience in the implementation of complex health care projects, especially in relation to information systems
