Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and monitor the implementation of workforce management strategies and initiatives to facilitate the effective utilisation of human r
* Provide high level administrative support to administrative staff at Maleny Hospital, including information management, human resources management and financial management. Liaise with and act as a key resource for all administrative aspects of human resources processes.
* The A04 role assisting Maleny Hospital will be delegated responsibility for the administration, direction and control of assets and financial responsibilities within the hospital e.g. ordering of stationary, administrative supplies, purchasing minor assets/supplies via S4HANA and corporate card, request maintenance and repairs of medical equipment, maintain petty cash, co‐ordinate and record car pool requests and act as EDIS Campus Administrator.
