Do you have experience in diagnosing and repairing everything from mobile phones to laptops and tablets?
Key ResponsibilitiesRepair various electronic devices, including smartphones, laptops, and tablets, addressing both hardware and software issues.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems for customers, utilizing expertise in micro soldering and logic board repairs.Employ advanced diagnostic tools to identify component-level faults and perform meticulous electronic repairs.Provide expert advice on technical issues, manage retail sales of electronic accessories, and ensure exceptional customer service.Develop and implement solutions for both software and hardware challenges to meet customer needs and satisfaction.Maintain and replace damaged or faulty components to keep devices in optimal condition.Document repairs and service histories accurately using specialized software, ensuring comprehensive task records.Set up and manage computer networks, oversee stock and inventory, and maintain an organized and clean workspace.Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including in-person, phone, email, and live chat.Handle daily operations, process payments, and refurbish screens and other components as required.Qualifications and ExperienceRelevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Electronics and Communications or equivalent.A minimum of 3 years of experience in electronic device repair.Proficiency in micro soldering and component-level diagnostics.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.Experience in retail sales and inventory management is a plus.Why Work With Us?
