Role Purpose
Are you passionate about connecting with guests and working in a beautiful 5‑star hotel? We have the opportunity to welcome a Guest Service Agent who is brave, bold and bursting with energy to Crystalbrook Vincent.

Responsibilities
* Team‑centric and enjoy working towards common goals
* Previous hotel guest service experience
* Strong IT and process experience with a strong attention to detail; familiarity with Opera (PMS)
* Working knowledge of Brisbane with enthusiasm for local tourism is useful
* Availability to work across a 7‑day roster, including evenings and nights
* Motivated to provide the best guest experience possible
