About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building & Pest Inspector to join our team in Townsville. As an Inspector with our organisation, you will play a key role in safeguarding the structural integrity and safety of properties.

Your Responsibilities: Identifying structural defects, safety risks, and compliance issues; producing detailed inspection reports with clear, actionable recommendations;

About You: Demonstrated expertise in conducting building and/or pest inspections; must hold or be eligible for a QLD Builder's Licence or Registered Building Inspectors Course, with knowledge of local compliance standards; certified in Timber Pest Management (CPPUPM3008 & CPPUPM3010); excellent attention to detail with strong report writing capabilities; physically capable of inspecting subfloors, roof cavities, and external roofing areas;

Requirements: current police clearance; valid driver's licence; dependable vehicle access; experience with pre-purchase inspections desired but not necessary.
