F&B Operations Manager
* Overview:
* The Food and Beverage Operations Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring the highest standard of food and beverage service. This includes managing shifts, maintaining guest expectations, and providing guidance to staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage shift operations to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
* Provide leadership and support to team members to achieve operational excellence.
* Develop and implement new processes to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency.
* Inspect and maintain equipment, facilities, and storage areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
* Complete scheduled inventories, stock, and requisition necessary supplies.
* Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
* Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in supervisory or management roles in a similar environment.
* Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and ability to lead by example.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
* Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
* Conflict resolution skills with ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Relevant certifications such as RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
* Previous experience in inventory management and control.
