The Position: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with limited weekend and night shifts A hands-on role for an organised and experienced Head Chef, leading your team to deliver exceptional daily meals and events Oversee catering and stock controls, ensuring OH&S and HACCP compliance with a strong focus on waste reduction Manage food forecasting, ordering, and stock control processes Champion food safety and quality, with attention to allergens and dietary requirements The Ideal Candidate: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum) At least 3 years’ experience as a Head Chef in high-volume or structured environments Confident leader with experience in training, development, and team engagement Expert knowledge of HACCP, allergen protocols, and food safety practices Strong organisational skills, able to work independently, take initiative, and remain calm under pressure Benefits : Competitive remuneration Personal and site reward & recognition program – cash prizes Access to a wide variety of training and support with a team that encourages and supports while you learn the ropes.
