**APS3 Access Officer (Admin & Customer Service)** 
**Rate: $37.36 per hour + super** 
**Contract: 12 & 6 month options + potential for extension** 
**Hours: Full-time. 8:30am - 5pm (Mon - Fri)Location: Charlestown**

You will be working with a community-based organisation that provides essential services to many Australians, with a focus on supporting those in need and making a difference for each of their customers. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator or Customer Service Representative to join the team. 
**Your new role** 
As an Access Officer, you will be responsible for a variety of admin and customer service duties, including: 
- Reviewing and processing documentation, ensuring that information is recorded in accordance with policy and legislation. 
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, escalating as required. 
- Maintaining records and completing data entry. 
- Scanning and filing documents. 
- Adhoc administration support. 
**What you'll need to succeed** 
- Prior experience in an administration or customer service related role is essential. 
- Good computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel). 
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and an excellent attitude to customer service.
