Office Administrator / Sales Assistant – Residential Real Estate
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established residential real estate agency seeking an organised and motivated Office Administrator / Sales Assistant to support a busy sales team.
This role suits someone who enjoys structure, variety, and being a key support person within a high performing office.
The Role
Reporting to the Director and Sales Team, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing administrative and sales support to agents
* Preparing property listings, contracts, and sales documentation
* Coordinating marketing campaigns (online portals, brochures, signage)
* Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and external suppliers
* Managing CRM systems and databases
* Answering phones, managing enquiries, and greeting clients
* General office administration and day-to-day office support
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* Previous experience in real estate administration or a similar support role (preferred)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* A professional presentation and proactive work ethic
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
