The Pharmacy Guild of Australia, Queensland, is seeking a proactive, resourceful and relationship‑driven Office Manager/Executive Assistant to support the Branch Director, Branch President, elected officials and the broader Guild team.

You will be a key part of ensuring our governance and administrative processes run smoothly, all while helping to create a supportive and efficient workplace for the team.
This is a full‑time role reporting to the Senior Manager – People and Operations and working closely with the Branch Director and Branch President.
What will I be doing?
You'll be key to the efficient operations of the organisation —making sure people have what they need, when they need it. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing high‑level, efficient administrative support to the Branch Director, Branch President, elected officials and staff
* Maintaining best‑practice governance standards through strong administrative processes, policies and documentation
* Coordinating executive and committee meetings—including agendas, minutes, papers, follow‑up actions, logistics, catering and room preparation
* Collating reports for national committees and other key bodies
* Managing diaries and travel arrangements for the Branch Director and Branch President
* Overseeing facilities and office management for our Spring Hill site and other properties
* Building strong, trusted relationships across the organisation to help colleagues deliver their best work
What are we looking for?
A capable and confident professional who enjoys being the go‑to person. You will bring:
* At least five years' experience in high‑level executive administration or office management
* Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
* Experience working with organisational governance documentation and processes
* A Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent experience in a similar role
* A solutions‑focused mindset, genuine team spirit, and willingness to help with both big and small tasks
* A calm, organised approach—even when juggling competing priorities
This role will be based in our modern offices in Spring Hill, Brisbane. Hours of work will be during office hours of Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
