Automotive Customer Service Manager

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Manager with strong sales and customer service background at our Pedders Hobart store

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Manager for our Pedders Hobart store who has a proven ability to develop business relationships, drive sales, and lead and motivate a small team.

The role will suit someone who has a genuine interest in cars and is passionate about the Pedders brand and products. This opportunity will allow you to take the next step in your career, whilst working with quality people and products.

As part of this role, you will:

· Be an experienced and/or qualified mechanic.

· Have strong auto parts and/or sales knowledge.

· Be able to coordinate workshop tasks and perform jobs in an efficient manner to provide effective automotive workshop organisation/coordination.

· Demonstrate a constructive leadership style to motivate and support your team to achieve store targets.

· Excellence in customer service and liaise with customers.

Required to be successful in this role:

· Suspension experience in 4x4 and underbody

· Communication skills, ability to work as a team to achieve store targets.

· Experience running a workshop.

· Time Management, ability to deal with competing priorities and coordinate tasks to perform jobs in an efficient manner.

· Naturally be technical and mechanically focused with proven ability to perform automotive duties when required.
