Key Responsibilities
 * Conduct thorough clinical assessments of residents to identify their needs and develop effective care plans.
 * Safely administer medications to residents, ensuring their health and well-being.
 * Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to prevent falls and promote resident safety.
 * Support and supervise care staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
 * Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills when interacting with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
 * Maintain up-to-date COVID-19 and flu vaccinations, adhering to our policies.
 * Obtain a National Police Clearance, valid for at least 6 months.
 * Successfully complete pre-employment forms and reference checks.
 * Hold current AHPRA registration, essential for this role.
 * Be willing to obtain NDIS clearance or already possess it.
 * Attend a paid 2-day induction program at our training institute.
