Practice Management & Team SupervisionSupervise the EDR Manila Team.Oversee practice management responsibilities, ensuring efficient operations and resource allocation.Manage administrative support staff reporting to this role to assist with operational efficiency.Conduct regular personal check-ins and monitor beginning-of-day and end-of-day reports from assigned staff.3. Team Mentorship & UpskillingProvide mentorship to Senior Tax Accountants and Junior Team Leaders.Conduct one-on-one or group training sessions as assigned by the Leadership Team.Implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for underperforming team members.5.
