Change Analyst – HR/Payroll (People)
12‐Month ContractBrisbane
What You Will Do:
* Support the implementation of HR and Payroll change management strategies, ensuring alignment with transformation goals.
* Assist in conducting change impact assessments to identify workforce, role, and process changes.
* Coordinate and track stakeholder engagement activities to ensure HR leaders and employees remain informed.
* Support the development of training programs and track completion rates to measure readiness.
* Track and manage change adoption metrics, gathering feedback to identify specific areas for improvement.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
* Proven experience (5+ years) as a Change Analyst within HR transformation or business process change projects.
* Previous experience supporting HR or Payroll system implementations, such as SAP SuccessFactors, HCM, or similar platforms.
* Strong analytical skills to manage change adoption metrics and prepare progress reports for leadership.
* Familiarity with change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter's Change Model.
* Excellent written communication skills for developing documentation, FAQs, and executive presentations.
