Your new role
As Risk Specialist, you will ensure the Risk Management Framework remains robust, contemporary and aligned with governance standards, risk appetite and business objectives. You will provide expert advice, develop and maintain risk management systems, and deliver insightful reporting to the Board, Executive and Leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a Risk Management Plan and associated frameworks.
* Provide specialist risk and assurance advice across the business.
* Maintain security of critical infrastructure.
* Implement metrics and benchmarking tools to monitor risk maturity and performance.
* Guide the development of systems that deliver clear visibility of strategic and operational risks.
* Optimise SAP GRC functionality and prepare accurate, timely reports for senior stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in a specialist risk role
* Strong knowledge of contemporary and emerging risk, audit and compliance practices
* Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across all organisational levels
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and eligibility for professional membership
* High-level business acumen and a continuous improvement mindset
