You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported and inspired to learn.## ## **What you'll do*** Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)* Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children* Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members* Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children* Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)## ## **What you'll bring*** A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)* Valid **Working with Children Check (Employee)** for VIC* Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded* Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday## Because we offer the B.E.E.S. advantage: Better pay.
