About The Opportunity
You will be working within a purpose built, Orthopaedic Specialist Clinic providing secretarial support to Orthopaedic Surgeons. You will be part of a dedicated team of clinicians and administrators to deliver excellent patient care.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
- General administration and reception duties
- Preparing clinic rooms for consultations
- Maintaining and updating patient records and handling confidential information
- Managing patient communication, including the booking, invoicing and rescheduling of appointments
- Dealing with Third Party Insurers / Workers Compensation, Medicare and DVA
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a medical administrative role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluechip
