**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Administration Support Officer to join our team at Dandenong Continuing Care team (DCCT).Your need for variety and to be busy will make this the ideal role for you. This role will give you the opportunity to provide exceptional front line customer service to our clients and support the various teams within the Dandenong Community Adult Mental Health program. You will work with teams of busy mental health professionals to provide administration support using a wide range of systems and databases, including registering and maintaining client information.
- Providing excellent Customer Service to clients, staff and other stakeholders
- Supporting the Information Management needs of the Service including data entry and health information management
- Completing Operational Tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the Service
**About You**
The attributes you have that will position you for success in this role include:
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience (experience in a mental health setting is desirable)Friendly and helpful customer service and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to interact with people at all levels;
- Demonstrated ability to manage a range of tasks within and across a number of areas;
- A rapport building style of communication that builds strong working relationships;
