The Company

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee village operations, budgets, P&L, and reporting
* Coordinate maintenance, asset management, and refurbishments
* Engage with residents, committees, families, and the community
* Ensure compliance with legislation, WHS, and industry standards
* Manage contractors and external service providers
Skills & Experience:
* Experience as a Village Manager, Asset/Property/Strata Manager, or similar
* Strong financial, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
* Passion for enhancing resident wellbeing and satisfaction
