Nimbo Folk Lodge is a relaxed countryside venue just outside of town - the kind of place where guests come to switch off, enjoy great food, and be looked after by a team that truly cares.
We're looking for a reliable Waiter to join our small front-of-house team.
About the role
You'll be part of the day-to-day service, helping create a warm and welcoming experience for every guest.
What you'll be doing:
1. Greeting guests and making them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive
2. Taking food and beverage orders
3. Running meals and drinks
4. Keeping tables clean and service flowing
5. Working closely with the kitchen and bar team
What we're looking for
* Reliable - your team needs to know they can count on you
* A positive attitude and genuine love for hospitality
* Comfortable in a fast-paced service environment
* Basic wine knowledge is a plus but not essential
* RSA or willingness to obtain
* Must have your own car (we're about 20 minutes outside of town)
