Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Porter - Outback Hotel and Lodge to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, which is a 20 minute drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are seeking a customer-focused individual with a passion for hospitality to be part of our Front Office Team. This role will see you undertake all guest service agent/front office duties in an efficient and friendly manner, taking ownership of creating the best possible first and last impression of the Resort.
Key Duties
* Act as an ambassador of the resort ensuring all guests feel welcome on arrival and bid farewell with kindness on departure
* Coordinate guests' luggage across the hotels, ensuring it is managed in a timely manner
* Look after arriving guests, liaising with reception in terms of room allocations and delivering bags to guests in their rooms shortly after arrival
* Ensure all hotel areas, including guest rooms, offices, vehicles, conference and function areas, and external areas to the property are maintained and cared for on a timely basis as directed by management
* This role requires a full Australian driver's licence – preferred Manual
