Lead UX Designer / Architect – AI Solutions – Initial 4 month contract, long term project
We are seeking a visionary Lead UX Designer / Architect to shape the user experience of enterprise-grade AI agents and workflows. This role is central to ensuring that advanced AI solutions — spanning accounts payable, reconciliations, and finance operations — are not only technically robust but also intuitive, accessible, and human‑centered. You will define design strategies, lead UX architecture, and craft seamless interactions between users and AI systems.
What You'll Do
* Architect end-to-end UX frameworks for AI agents, ensuring clarity, trust, and usability in finance workflows.
* Design intuitive interfaces and interaction models for Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic workflows, balancing complexity with simplicity.
* Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams to translate technical capabilities into user‑friendly experiences.
* Establish design systems and guidelines for AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI, embedding transparency and explainability into every interaction.
* Lead cross‑functional design workshops to align stakeholders on user journeys, accessibility standards, and enterprise integration.
* Prototype and validate AI‑driven experiences through user testing, iterative design, and data‑driven feedback loops.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience designing UX for AI, data‑driven, or enterprise software solutions.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to model complex workflows into intuitive user journeys.
* Excellent communication skills to bridge design concepts with technical and business stakeholders.
* Business acumen with an understanding of finance processes (accounts payable, reconciliations, ERP workflows).
* Collaborative leadership style, able to guide design teams and influence cross‑functional partners.
Technical & Design Skills
* Expertise in UX architecture, interaction design, and information hierarchy.
* Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping platforms.
* Experience designing for AI/agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, vector databases) with a focus on user interaction.
* Familiarity with cloud‑native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise integration contexts.
* Understanding of data visualization, dashboards, and workflow automation in finance systems.
* Knowledge of accessibility standards, usability testing, and human‑centered design principles.
* Experience integrating UX into enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, BI).
