Project Management Role
In this key position, you will lead a team of experienced designers in complex infrastructure projects.
1. Develop and manage project plans, ensuring quality standards are met.
2. Manage project variations and changes through a structured change control process.
3. Cost estimation, budgeting, monitoring, and contingency planning for efficient resource allocation.
4. Risk management processes, including the development of contingency plans and review of residual risks.
5. Progress tracking, scope management, quality assurance, and initiation of corrective action as necessary.
6. Establishment of project administration systems, document control, and record management.
7. Coordination of regular progress reports and stakeholder communication.
8. IDentification and documentation of lessons learned during the project.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a reputable institution. A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management roles is required, with 10 years' experience necessary for senior positions.
