The heart of the roleAt Laundy Hotels, people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for an experienced, people‐first P&C/HR Business Partner to help us care for, challenge, and support our leaders and teams. This role reports to the Head of Human Resources & Payroll and is based at our HQ in Lane Cove NSW.
The role is full‐time but we're open to part‐time arrangements for the right candidate who brings the experience, care, and mindset needed to partner meaningfully with our leaders and teams.
How You'll Show UpAs a P&C Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to venue leaders and head‐office stakeholders, providing end‐to‐end P&C support across our operations. This role blends operational HR, employee and industrial relations, compliance, and people initiatives. You'll help leaders show up well for their teams, make sound people decisions, and build environments where people can do their best work, all while ensuring best practice under HIGA and Fair Work legislation.
You'll also play a key role in strengthening people processes and contributing to a positive, consistent employee experience across the Laundy group.
