Job Summary: The Summer Intern will play a vital role in supporting the Credit Admin and Credit Asset Management (CAMS) teams, as well as providing administrative assistance to various departments within the Sydney office. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial loan servicing, credit administration, and business operations. Responsibilities: Credit and Asset Management Support: Assist with the undertaking of client reporting. Support the team in credit and asset management activities, including ensuring compliance with covenants, analysis of third-party valuations and other consultant reports, tracking capital expenditure plans. Participate in data entry and maintenance of loan records in the company or client’s database. Credit Administration Assistance: Help with the collection and verification of credit documentation and borrower information. Assist in the preparation of Interest Payment Date related reports and waterfalls. Support the team in monitoring credit risk and compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in organizing and maintaining credit files and records. General Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments as needed, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars. Assist in the coordination of office activities and events. Perform data entry, filing, and document management tasks. Help with the preparation of business correspondence and presentations. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
