The Opportunity As the Territory Sales Manager South Australia, you’ll lead the commercial success of a high‑potential territory with meaningful opportunities already identified, and the mandate to create more. You’ll combine hands‑on customer leadership with mentoring a small team of BDMs, building strategic partnerships, and converting complex, solution‑led opportunities across healthcare. This is a role for someone who enjoys being in market. You’ll build trusted relationships, engage senior stakeholders, and bring clarity, pace and discipline to territory execution. Your work will directly support safer, more connected care across healthcare environments.
What you will be responsible for
Deliver territory outcomes across revenue, margin, growth and retention, with clear accountability and momentum.
Set and execute the SA territory plan, translating national strategy into local priorities across key accounts and major pursuits.
Lead and mentor a small BDM team, lifting capability through practical coaching, deal support and a strong performance rhythm.
Create and convert opportunities, owning the end‑to‑end sales cycle from opening doors through to close and contract execution.
Build executive relationships and partnerships, engaging confidently across C‑suite, clinical, procurement and digital/IT stakeholders.
Drive commercial discipline through accurate forecasting, pipeline and CRM cadence, and recurring revenue outcomes via SLMA inclusion and renewals.
What we’re looking for
Proven success leading territory growth and or sales teams in complex, solution‑led environments such as HealthTech, technology or ICT, or similar.
Strong executive presence, with confidence engaging C‑suite and aligning diverse stakeholders.
Comfort with technical audiences, able to speak the language of IT, engineering and delivery teams. Exposure to project‑led or construction or infrastructure environments is highly regarded.
Disciplined sales operator with strong forecasting accuracy, pipeline governance, CRM hygiene and performance cadence.
Long‑standing connection to South Australia and a strong understanding of the local stakeholder environment, enabling you to build trust quickly and activate relationships.
Collaborative, values‑led leadership style aligned with healthcare environments.
