Job Title: Litigation Solicitor
* About the Role:

* A key aspect of this role is to stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law affecting property litigation, conducting thorough research and ensuring compliance with procedural rules and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
* Caseload Management:
* Manage and progress a wide-ranging caseload of litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on property-related disputes including boundary issues, easements, rights of way, restrictive covenants, landlord and tenant matters, and possession claims.
* Client Representation:
* Advise and represent both commercial and residential clients, including individuals, landlords, tenants, and property developers, on contentious property issues.
* Drafting and Research:
* Draft legal documents, pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence with precision and clarity, ensuring compliance with procedural rules and best practices.
* Research and Development:
* Conduct thorough legal research and stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law affecting property litigation.

Requirements:
* Qualifications:
* Possession of a law degree and relevant professional qualifications such as being a member of the Law Society or equivalent.
* Experience:
