The RoleWorking closely with the leadership team, you'll provide expert HR support across three key areas:
Compliance – Maintain up-to-date employment documentation, policies, and procedures that align with Australian workplace legislation and Fair Work requirements.
Recruitment – Manage end-to-end recruitment for key roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
Development – Support the growth of our people through performance management, engagement initiatives, and professional development programs.

About YouWe're seeking someone who:
Has solid HR experience (ideally 5+ years) in mid-sized businesses experiencing growth.
Understands Australian employment law, Fair Work compliance, and HR best practices.
Has hands-on experience in recruitment and people development.
Is comfortable working independently and remotely.
Thrives in a flexible, collaborative environment and takes initiative.
