- Perform precise nightly audits to ensure flawless financial reporting
- Deliver refined, personalized service with a luxury hospitality mindset
- Oversee overnight security and maintain a calm, secure setting
- Handle guest inquiries and manage accounts with discretion and efficiency
- Fulfill bespoke overnight requests, including in-room dining and amenities, with elegance and timeliness
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar night auditing role, with expertise in Opera Cloud
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- A luxury-focused approach with impeccable service standards
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in using hotel management software
- Availability to work from 11:00pm - 7:00am, with shifts ranging Monday - Sunday
