Claims Professional
We are seeking a Claims Professional to investigate, reserve and adjust claims efficiently while providing exceptional service standards.
* You will manage a portfolio of liability claims, analysing first reports and conducting investigations to determine the nature of loss and coverage provided.
* Accurate and timely reserves must be established, and you will maintain an active diary to monitor progress and achieve timely development of the file.
* Prompt documentation of all developments on the claim file is essential, and you must exercise good judgement in reaching final disposition of the claim.
* You will communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including claim department staff, customers, loss control teams, underwriters, finance departments, brokers, insureds and third parties.
Key Responsibilities
