Overview
Business Development Manager - SAP S/4HANA at Solutions Plus, with base salary range A$150,000.00/yr – A$170,000.00/yr. This is a Sydney or Melbourne based role within the dedicated SAP S/4HANA practice.
Responsibilities
* Lead the full sales cycle — from identifying and qualifying opportunities through discovery conversations, proposals, negotiation and successful project kick-offs.
* Collaborate with marketing, SDRs, consultants and delivery teams to position Solutions Plus as a trusted partner for organisations adopting SAP S/4HANA.
* Build and convert a high-value pipeline in the SAP S/4HANA market.
* Identify and qualify new opportunities using your SAP network; conduct discovery sessions, presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
* Prepare and present tailored proposals that meet client needs; negotiate and close deals for new SAP S/4HANA implementations.
* Deliver accurate forecasts, CRM discipline, and market insights to guide strategy.
* Ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction by collaborating with marketing, technical, and customer success teams.
About You
* At least 4 years of proven success selling SAP S/4HANA solutions (not Microsoft).
* A strong, current network within the SAP ecosystem and referral partners.
* Demonstrated ability to build and close high-value ERP pipelines.
* Expertise in negotiation, proposal development, and deal management.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
* Strong organisational skills, CRM discipline, and forecasting accuracy.
* A hunter mindset — self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to exceed targets.
