As the Venue Manager, you will oversee all aspects of venue operations, ensuring effective and efficient functioning. We seek a manager with a passion and drive to deliver exceptional experiences and lead from the front.

* Generous Salary: $105,000 - $115,000 + Super
* KPI Bonus: $44,000

* Minimum 3+ years of Venue Management experience
* Effective communication with all departments within the Head Office
* Understanding of venue reporting and systems on a regular basis
* Financial acumen, including P&L analysis and identifying growth opportunities
* Ability to generate revenue-building ideas across all business areas
* Presence on the floor during peak service times, including late nights and weekends
* Effective roster management
* Stocktaking and investigation of stock loss
* Market awareness and trend analysis relevant to local food and beverage scene
* Ability to implement and execute successful promotions
