From the team who brought you Mercedes‑Benz Toowong and Macgregor, Autosports Group is expanding on the Gold Coast. We’re recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to lead our brand-new aftersales operation ahead of a July 1st, 2026 launch.

As Queensland’s most awarded Mercedes‑Benz Dealer Group, achieving Circle of Excellence status five years running; we are building a team of exceptional people ready to shape the future of aftersales on the Gold Coast. Position Scope:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing service team across all workshop disciplines

• Drive department profitability through effective labour sales, workshop loading, and cost control

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with Mercedes-Benz brand standards

• Manage daily workshop operations including scheduling, workflow, and productivity targets

• Oversee technician training, apprentice development, and career pathway programs

• Maintain compliance with Mercedes-Benz warranty policies and manufacturer guidelines

• Build strong relationships with the sales team to drive retention and service capture

• Report on department KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies

• Champion a safety-first, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture

Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Service Manager or senior aftersales leader in a prestige, luxury, or premium automotive environment

• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue and CSI targets

• Exceptional people leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain talent

• Deep understanding of workshop operations, flat rate efficiency, and service department financials

• Mercedes-Benz brand experience highly regarded; experience with BMW, Audi, Porsche, Lexus, or equivalent luxury brands warmly considered

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Valid driver’s licence
